Defective Products
If you believe your mask has a manufacturing defect, we will address the issue promptly. Please note the following steps:

- Defects covered include material flaws or manufacturing errors that affect the performance or integrity of the mask.
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the mask may not qualify as defects.

- If the mask is determined to have a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Policy
Due to the custom nature of our masks, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
- Personal preference changes after the mask has been produced.
- Incorrect measurements or details provided by the customer.
