A custom hat liner for commercial divers. It displaces maximum gas in the hat and allows for the most comfort. It is a soft shell of TPU, with gyroid infill for cushioning, and holes for equalization.

How it works
You record two short orbit videos of your head while wearing a swim cap:
Orbit without ears — ears covered by the inside-out swim cap, with the swim cap fully pulled down to reduce wrinkles. This scan shapes the top of the head.
Orbit with ears — swim cap not overtop of the ears. This scan shapes around the ears.
The two scans are composited together to produce the shape of your head and align it inside the hat. Your head is positioned so your eyes sit in the center of the view window, and so your mouth and nose optimally seal against the standard Kirby Morgan oral nasal.
