Video Instructions
Please record a video meeting the following requirements:
- 20-30 seconds long
- Even lighting conditions
- Look at a particular point at least 6 meters (20 ft) away
- Take the video with the phone/camera 20-40 cm (10-15 inches) away
- Keep your face still during the video
Photo Instructions (if you don't know your pupil distance)
Please take a photo meeting the following requirements:
- Hold a driver's license or credit card-sized card by your forehead, exposing all four corners.
- Take the photo with the phone/camera 2-3 m (6-10 feet) away.
- Use the highest optical zoom available.
