Perfect Fit, Maximum Field of View:
By molding each mask perfectly to your face, we achieve a higher field of view and lower internal volume than any other mask on the market. Experience clearer, wider, and more immersive underwater vistas.
Double Seal:
Just like a mass manufactured mask, this mask has a double seal around perimeter, but this one is perfectly contour-matched to your face.
Nose pocket:
The nose pocket will perfectly be shaped to your nose. The space inside the nose pocket and the shape can be customized.
Superior Comfort with Ultra-Soft Silicone:
Crafted from Smooth-On platinum cure silicone, with a Shore 30A rating, the mask offers a softness four times greater than that of standard mask silicone. This ensures unrivaled comfort and a pressure-free seal, even during extended dives.
Durable and Lightweight Metal Frame:
The frame is 3D-printed using SLM from aluminum or titanium or nylon by SLS.
Custom-Crafted Glass Lenses:
Choose between Ultravex Polycarbonate, Tempered glass lenses, or Ultra-high index tempered glass lenses, Do not use a lighter or a flame to de-grease the polycarbonate lenses.
Advanced Silicone Overmolding:
Using a 3D printed custom 3-part mold specific to only your mask, we overmold the frame and lenses with the silicone through a vacuum injection process.
Textured surface:
Inner surface contains channels between hexagonal pillows to allow for efficient gas flow during equalization. Outer surface has bumps and corrugations to prevent flow separation and to add structural stiffness to the perimeter of the skirt. This texturing is optional, but recommended, and added by default.
Unique serialization:
Every mask has a unique serialized QR code molded directly into the silicone skirt.
Made in Canada:
Designed and manufactured in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Certification:
Our masks are not yet certified by EN 16805, but are built to the standard, and we aim to gain certification.
